20x30' Framed Tent

Our 20’ x 30’ Frame Tent is the perfect choice for graduation parties, open houses, cookouts, family gatherings, and celebrations of all kinds. The sturdy frame design eliminates the need for center poles, creating an open and unobstructed space for guests, tables, and décor.
 
This tent offers excellent protection from sun and rain, and when paired with optional sidewalls, helps keep wind and blowing rain outside where they belong.
 
Fits up to 50 people for sit down dinners, 60 for buffet-style dinners, 75 people for cathedral (row) seating, 120 for stand up (cocktail style) parties.
 
Rental Experience:
3 Day rental minimum. 
Does NOT include delivery, setup or removal. Fees will be applied in your quote.
Each tent is thoroughly cleaned, inspected, and maintained in-house to ensure it looks its best for your event. Our team provides professional delivery, setup, and removal, typically installing tents on Thursday before your event and returning Tuesday for takedown, giving you plenty of time to prepare and enjoy your celebration.
 
Installation Requirements:
The 20’ x 30’ Frame Tent must be installed on a flat surface such as grass, gravel, asphalt, or concrete. For proper staking (7 stakes per side), a minimum space of 34’ x 44’ is required. Installations on hard surfaces like concrete use water barrels in place of ground stakes (additional fees apply).
 
Delivery Details:
Delivery will be scheduled in advance. Please note that delivery and additional services are not included in the base rental price. For events outside our standard delivery and pickup window, contact our Event Rental Team to make special arrangements.
