We offer free delivery within Lake County Ohio. Outside of the Lake County area there will be a delivery fee. Travel fees for outside Lake County area are : 20 - 40 miles $30 and 40 - 60 miles $60. This will be include in your quote.

The set-up and take-down duration are determined by the number of booked tents, ranging from 1-3 hours, with boho tables typically requiring about 1-1.5 hours for setup. Our various a'la carte options have different set-up times, but the majority take less than an hour.

Detailed instructions will be provided for rentals needing guidance, and we ensure your comfort and satisfaction before leaving you to host your event!

Each tent and bed setup measures approximately 3.75 feet wide (45 inches) by 6.5 feet long (79 inches). To ensure a smooth setup, we always recommend measuring your space ahead of time to avoid surprises.

Please have the area clean and all furniture moved prior to the arrival of our staff.  We does not move any furniture for liability issues. The tents must be set up in a smoke free area. Failure to provide a smoke free area will result in loss of deposit and event cancelled. This allows for everyone to be able to enjoy these precious setups.

No, unfortunately our teepees are for indoor use only.

We know plans can change! Your guest count will be confirmed on your rental contract, but if you need to adjust it, just let us know at least 7 days before your event, and we’ll happily update your order and refund/adjust for any unused tents.

If a guest needs to cancel within 7 days of the event, we’re unable to offer a refund at that point, as preparations will already be underway — but we’ll always do our best to accommodate your needs wherever possible.

Although we love our furry friends, we do not allow pets on our teepee set ups. Our lovable 4 legged friends have nails that may pop an air mattress and fur can be tricky to remove.
